Sharadiya leads strategy, partnerships, and client engagements. Sharadiya is convinced that climate change and growing economic disparity are the defining leitmotifs of our time. She aspires Blue Dot to inspire and equip a range of financial services firms to play a key role in addressing the challenges, and supporting the solutions.
Before starting Blue Dot, Sharadiya was the founding Managing Director of Total Impact and a Senior Advisor at 17 Asset Management. At Total Impact, she oversaw the development of new ESG advisory and educational resources. At 17 Asset Management, she was responsible for setting up the US ESG investment advisory business. Prior to that, she worked in corporate banking at Axis Bank (LSE: AXBC).
Earlier in her career, she held investment strategist and institutional client roles in multiple firms, including BNP Paribas and Invesco, in India. In her 15 years in financial services, she has worked with a diverse array of capital allocators that includes corporate treasuries, endowments, foundations, family offices, faith-based institutions, and community finance organizations.
Sharadiya regularly speaks and presents on the topics of ESG and impact investing and advises ESG-focused startups. Sharadiya has a Master's in Economic Policy from Columbia University, an MBA from Indian School of Business, and a B.Sc (Hons) in mathematics. She holds the Fundamentals of Sustainable Accounting (FSA) credential. She lives in New York.
