Sharadiya leads strategy, partnerships, and client engagements. Sharadiya is convinced that climate change and growing economic disparity are the defining leitmotifs of our time. She aspires Blue Dot to inspire and equip a range of financial services firms to play a key role in addressing the challenges, and supporting the solutions.
Before starting Blue Dot, Sharadiya was the founding Managing Director of Total Impact, a field-building initiative to mainstream sustainable investing, where she oversaw the development of new ESG resources. Prior to Total Impact, Sharadiya worked in corporate banking at Axis Bank (LSE: AXBC) where she focused on public and private middle-market businesses.
Earlier in her career, she held product strategist and institutional client roles in multiple investment management firms, including BNP Paribas and Invesco, in India. In her 15 years in financial services, she has worked with a diverse array of capital allocators that includes corporate treasuries, endowments, foundations, family offices, faith-based institutions, and community finance organizations.
Sharadiya regularly speaks and presents on the topics of ESG and impact investing. She advises fintech and edtech startups. Sharadiya has an MPA from Columbia University, an MBA from Indian School of Business, and a B.Sc (Hons) in mathematics. She holds the Fundamentals of Sustainable Accounting (FSA) credential. She lives in New York.
